Triple Choir Splendour: Sonic Light

Eglinton St. George’s United Church, Toronto, ON
Featuring EIS with the VIVA Chamber Singers, Carol Ratzlaff conductor, and the newly formed Chroma Vocal Ensemble, Mitchell Pady conductor. This concert includes the spectacular Mass for Double Choir by Frank Martin along with works by MacMillan, Whitacre, Gjeilo, Janmohamed, Daley and more.
Workshops
The Elmer Iseler Singers, Lydia Adams, conductor, present two workshops this spring at the the Canadian Music Centre, Toronto.
(1) New or ‘in progress’ choral compositions will be workshopped in person with the EIS and Lydia Adams at on Saturday, April 27th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. The deadline for receiving new applications and works to be workshopped is March 10th, 2024. (2) Workshop for emerging conductors on Saturday, May 11th, 2024 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. The deadline for applications is April 1st, 2024. Click here to learn more or to apply for the conductors workshop.
